No cost for vendor space. 

This event will be on the block of 56th Cedar Ave.  Sign in at 5646 Cedar Avenue.  A table and 1 chair will be provided for you. Setup begins at 12 noon and breakdown begins at 4pm. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.   All trash must be placed in the trash can designated in the areas. This is an outdoor event, so a tent may be needed. Table assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Street parking is available.    Motivated will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury that may occur during the community health fair.
